Mods do not interfere with achievements, as of the most recent version of the game. Running about a dozen mods, (DarnUI, Better Lucky 38, Inventory Sorters, a few I made myself to put the stats of Armor I wanted onto the models of Armor I prefer visually, and more) and I have earned over 30 achievements. Seconding this, Mods do not disable achievements. I am playing a game of Fallout new vegas on the pc and i have received several achievements with mods enabled.

They seem easier to get then the ones in fallout 3 were.
I dont know how to put them on there or else i would. It was a really cheap way to do achievements for Fallout 3, maybe Vegas will do it differently. And we can't assume that all of the achievements will be linked to quests. The only known one is Ghost Town Firefight I think that the rest of them should be deleted for now.
